1. Go to options2. Go to video settings
3. Put your Graphics on fast
4. Put Advanced OpenGL: Fast
5. Put Chunk Loading: Smooth
6. Go to quality settings and put everything off/fast
7. Go to performance
8. Turn smooth fps on
9. Turn Faster Math & Render on
10. If you're still lagging go to Animations
11. Turn everything off
12. If you're still lagging turn go to Details
13. Turn everything off/fast
(You can always turn down your Render distance to whatever works for you)
PS. Its possible that you dont need to do all steps to get good fps again, it depends on your computer.
YOU NEED OPTIFINE FOR SOME STEPS!
