For the past couple of weeks, I've been practicing BuildUHC & MCSG.I've started from 1300's and now I'm in the 1700 - 1800 Elo.
So? How are my stats now?

Shit I know it's a block game, but I even killed Solr, Chatter and Huawhi on stream xD just scroll through my ranked matches xD
I killed Solr in BuildUHC, when I had 1350-ish and he has 2100 and he was pist xD

Not necessarily,Page Before takes you to a page where I was at 1200 elo and I was ranking down…
Page After takes you to a page where I am killing 2000's and stuff and my overall elo goes up to 1700-1800.

As far as I understand no you haven't gotten better. Because at thestart of a season nobody is at their deserved Elo.
For example you could have been fighting a 1400 that is in reality a 2000. Even go on the last page of mine I was basically a 1200 aswell
