REQUIREMENTS

-2000 Elo in 1 Ladder, 1750 Elo in 3 ladders or 1500 Elo in Global. You need atleast 2 of these Elos
-Has to have at least a 3.0 KDR global
-Don't be salty
-Has Skype/TeamSpeak
