Broken Build UHC Kit

I have been noticing that I spawn in with two Golden Heads instead of three. This is quite annoying and confusing at the same time? I would record some footage to back up my point but I lag quite hard when I record on Badlion.I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this issue?
