1. Long story, actually, but I'll try to make it short.
I started off in MC playing on a cracked client then decided to purchase the game. Once I bought the code, I needed a IGN so over the course of 2-5 days, I would sit there thinking and thinking about names I could mash together. I decided to go with Macca, which is what we called McDonalds in Australia, and then just added Tacca on the end because it rhymed. There's more to the story but you get the gist.

4. A good friend of mine in California told me to download the game and play this random cracked sever in 2012.
5. Another good friend of mine was telling me some of his favorite networks and told me of badlion way back in the old days.

9. As much as I like KFC, McDoanlds wins out but only in Australia. American KFC and McDoanlds is absolute shit. (Fun fact: haven't eaten McDonalds for the last 8 months and have been working there for the last 5-6 months. Tempting to eat it whilst working but still haven't.)

4-5. I don't really like the game, I like the community behind the game. Though, I haven't played minecraft properly (playing legit and/or not playing to moderate) since early 2014.
