Use one sens for a week or two and you'll be fine.To test this, I used 400 dpi for a week - did fine.
Then I did 4000 dpi for a week - did fine.
Both times I was god awful at the beginning, but as time went on I got significantly better.

if you play more games other than Minecraft keep your DPI the same, adjust your in game sensitivity, along with that try different FOV's I found that 700 Dpi and 70 sens and 70 FOV seems to be enough to do a ful 360 easily so I use that. You should aim to have your sensitivity at an amount where you don't overhit and you can do a 360 or 180 with ease to counter circle strafing.Posted on 24 December 2015 - 02:54 PM

1800 dpi, 84 sens. Used it for two yearsLast edited on 24 December 2015 - 11:30 PM by serendipidU
100 ingame sens and 3100 dpimy mousepad used to be too small to do quick turns on a lower sens, and anything else just feels kinda weird. sometimes i overhit or shake my hand a bit and mess up my aim, but i've got a decently fast reaction time compared to when i had a lower dpi

In the beginning, I used very high DPI, not sure if I changed it before or not but yeah. I later saw Smqcked play with like 40 so I decided to try like 60. Everytime I try to play with high sensitivity I can't anymore ;P.Posted on 25 December 2015 - 08:12 AM
DPI is only important once you figure out what type of player you are in terms of movement in MCPosted on 25 December 2015 - 08:30 AM
I've been using 3700 dpi and 123 mc sensitivity for like 2 years, i just cant play with anything lowerPosted on 25 December 2015 - 12:48 PM
In my opinion, it's all personal preference. You might just wanna mess around with your sensitivity and DPI for a bit and try to get used to it :). The way I got used to my sensitivity and how to improve my aim was Gapple fights. Gapple fights are consistent and it helps with your aim a lot :). I did this for about 20-30 minutes, and I could see an improvement. Just try and get used to your sensitivity. Merry Christmas!Posted on 26 December 2015 - 03:28 PM
@FloppyPenguin yeah, that's what I've been doing. I currently play on 18 sensitivity (lol) and like 2200 dpi xdddPosted on 27 December 2015 - 06:02 AM

Assuming you are not trying to jitter (in which case DO NOT raise your sensitivity), just go with what feels comfortable, and let yourself get used to it over time.
