Why can 1700s and 1600s still get triple straightline combos after the lag update?…I used to have a stable 2150 build uhc (check my profile) now I can barely maintain 1800. (on account Pep1999)
Other people like RateMe, CamsArcade also still cant get their old elo back from before the lag? Is there still a problem or something? Because it really isn't fun to play like this :(

Same thing happens to me too. I'm a lion donator and have tried every possible way to get a hold of the devs, but still no answer. If they don't answer the 0.00000001 that donate for lion odds are you won't get an answer either. It's quite frustrating.Posted on 07 December 2015 - 03:28 PM

There is definitely something broken on Badlion.Knockback is delayed and feels completely unnatural which makes it near impossible to track players. There's rod delay, bow delay and just doesn't feel competitive anymore. I used to be able to 10 heart 1400's now I barely win as they just ridiculous combo's that shouldn't happen and get reach hits that shouldn't be possible.
A month ago before all this lag I could easily hold 2000-2100 elo, now I'm struggling to keep in 1900's as I just keep dying to 1600's who get a random combo which takes me from 6 hearts to 0.
Can you not just try and reduce Arena sizes or something, there never used to be this issue when it was capped at 500 players.

The lag is a lot better than it was. There are still minor tps issues, which cause the occasional massive lag spike, other than that it's a lot smoother.Posted on 07 December 2015 - 05:27 PM

There's plenty of people better than me, I'm the first to admit that but that doesn't change the fact people get lag hits that shouldn't be possible. As well as situations where my crosshair is blatently on the player and nothing happens, yet before all this lag it would have been fine.
End of the day you can assume what you like, especially as you've never seen me PvP. But near enough every single person I associate with on this server agree's that the knockback is inconsistent/laggy on Arena and there is significant rod/bow delay that you don't get on other servers. SG is perfectly fine and so is the UHC's PvP, there is something different about Arena. You shouldn't be able to rod someone, hit them and then they somehow end up behind you which is what happens regularly.
Then the lag spikes are just a different thing all together, but I know Gberry is working on that so I don't particularly care.
I'm not here to be moaning that "this servers shit" or "fix the lag its bullshit" or whatever people moan about. I'm very appreciative of all the work Gberry and Archy put into the server, and I enjoy it a lot. All I want to see is this server improve and expand, I'm a Lion rank for a reason; but currently there's all these issues above in Arena that need looking at as it is removing the competitive feel of Badlion Arena PvP.

What's your ping? Same shit happens to me 75%of the time I'm playing build. The 25% when it's actually decent I literally run through everyone like normal. It's so inconsistent it's crazy and the staff is acting like they don't know what we're talking about, and won't give a definitive answer, just excuses.Posted on 07 December 2015 - 10:49 PM
