I think staff applications should be made with Google Forums or Private Threads, reason being is that I don't really think emails are being sent right and some have gone awry. It's not because I'm angry I've not been accepted as I will continue to try but someone people should be given a better chance to get staff with an easier way to get it [[[Not being to make an easy application but just to make it easier and nicer to send applications through]]].I think this will improve staff as when I come on hardly any staff are on if any. Take this idea into consideration as it could prove greatly for the future of Badlion.

Google Forms are terrible for apps. Maybe make a forum section for it?I also recommend that if this happens, have the person managing the app tell us if it was denied. Just have a message they copy and paste saying that they were denied and possible reasons for it. Something that you copy and paste, not make a different message for each person/app.

If you think about Badlion Administrators receive over 500+ Applications per week, and they truly go through them and choose the players wisely. I've applied for SG/Skywars staff 2-3 weeks ago, and I was reached out.
Being patient is a key term factor, and staff get hired when they need to be.
Also, the email system works well, depending on what server your attempting to apply for, the head of that department will look for good detailed and sufficient application that show passion and they will vote on it.
It's not that the staff don't see your application, it's them looking for sufficient detail that can show you passion to contribute to the Badlion Network.
Keep this in mind next time you apply :)

There are different departments in the network…Each server has a head administrator and they are the ones incharge of hiring staff.

There have been forums that implement such a system where you type it out and they can just press a button to accept or not accept any applications. Then again, that might involve changing the interface of the forums to enjin some other company and that wouldn't be fun (imo).Posted on 08 December 2015 - 07:39 AM
No i recently filled out a google application to a server and its horrible to write in emails are way better
