The tournament should last from 12:00 PM EST to about 3:30 PM EST for its full length. These times are just an estimate though, it is not a guarantee. Just a rough guideline.
Go ahead and locate your group to check out your competition! If your group does not have a manager listed do not worry, one will be assigned by the time of the tournament. If you do not show up within ~5 minutes of the start of the tournament you will be disqualified. Same applies (although we may give more leeway) for rounds later in the tournament.
If this whole group system confuses you, no need to worry. It is the same thing as your standard bracket except more organized with a schedule, would you look at that! If you don't want to bother to find your group or anything, just show up to the tournament at start time and wait for your matches to be called. Same system as always for the competitors.

I'm not in here wtf…. I said my ign (LegitGod) on page 11, way before some of the people in the brackets
