im from west coast and i can confirm people (for example) from UK get the same ping as i do

ALSO i'd think starting a tournament at 5PM for EU is better than 9AM for west coasters so your argument is invalid completely

The people who has Perm Donator or higher, should be facing people with the same rank, because it's honestly unfair for those who doesn't have ranks, for those who have a perm rank.
Take Danteh for example, he's a Lion rank and he's a pretty experienced playe, which means he can knockout people out of the brackets. Please this advice into consideration.
