Dont pre-gap immediately, get in a bow fight and once you're down 2 hearts then pre-gap, you will heal up to 12 hearts and chances are, if the bow fight is even and you land your shots, your opponent will have already gapped and he is at 10 hearts or at least less than 12 hearts
