Cannot send chat message?

Well this has been going on for a while just wanted to test it to see if it was a mute or something but it's not.Every time I try to type in chat this message shows up - https://gyazo.com/ef8cc1d98bbe84caa8a79607484f59c6
Been going on for a week or two now so idk whats wrong. I can talk in party chat, team chat, msg people but not global chat.
Hopefully this gets fixed soon, and I hope I didn't turn off any settings that cause chat not to work.

@Moontid3You had turned your chat to commands only. You have to change this from Settings > Multiplayer Settings > Change Chat back to normal.
