Honestly, this ban is a bunch of bullshit and I don't want to be cruel but whoever banned him is a complete idiot and does not know what X-ray is. Itslukepomp is my brother and I can confirm neither of us have ever downloaded a hacked client in our entire time on badlion or any other server. We have been playing on badlion for over a year. Why would my brother start X-raying right after anti-xray became a thing, that's just retarded. The link for the evidence is right here, I think some more INTELLIGENT moderators need to look it over

Someone in the comments already mentioned it but I thought I might say it again. At 2:40 there are clearly diamonds right underneath him, if he was xraying, he would have definitely mined them. Again at 4:36 there is complete proof that he is not X-raying. And because you say you need "At least three pieces of evidence," I can present a third. At 6:00 there is clearly diamonds right under his cave and IF he was x-raying, he would have mined them. I don't want this to turn into a cruel rant. But this ban is retarded, and the person who banned him clearly does not know what they are doing and to be honest with you, have probably been targeting him for a while now (I don't want to accuse anyone of anything.) I will say my brother was illegally mining though. But that is only a 3-day ban and this ban has already lasted for almost a week.

P.S. Im sorry if this message was a little nasty, but I'm sick and tired of this kind of bullshit happening. During the lag spikes a couple of weeks ago, I got banned for FLYING, and it took a good 5 days for you to un-ban me, and now this. This is just beyond ridiculous.
