Don't spam lava or water to ruin the gameplay for others. This can lead to ip bans now. Play for fun and not to make other people upset. Your actions have consequences.

Okay let me fucking vent.

Danteh should be lucky he didn't get banned. You should be lucky you aren't getting forum banned. This whole shindig has been the closest to me straight up resigning.
We don't need rules to punish people for being stupid. Danteh should've known better. Better yet people should not try to do shit for the sake of just fucking with the game. Here's the catch, had any regular player been playing this they wouldn't think I was in the wrong. The host was lagging, I was getting fps lag, and can you imagine if you just spawned into a giant water ocean. Danteh had the intention of just bowspaming because it was diamondless and he wanted to just make people salty. Do you think that's okay? Under what circumstances do you think that the adminstration should allow players to ruin the gameplay of others. Better yet potentially make the game less enjoyable for the entirety of the server. It is not only a dick move but more importantly a slap to the whole moderation team.

So yes it is fucking illegal. If you want me to make a formal rule that says "don't be a dick and place water and then upload a video because you are a wannabe troll king."

As for why the network takes everything so seriously? Do you realize the bipolarity in that statement. People want us to do shit to make the playing experience better. We do stuff and you complain. We don't do stuff and you complain. I react to what people do. That's what a good business does. People shouldn't take for granted that we pride ourselves on our work. I do my decisions with the idea that I can look back and not be regretful about it. I don't feel bad for Danteh, nor do I think he should ever be praised for being a dick. To me what he did was the equivalent of Liv or Hacklion. Doing something just to fuck with the game and make the moderation team unhappy, all for the sake of views.

He even fucking said the only reason he did it was for the views.

So you know what. Fuck this community, I am counting the days til I leave because the amount of ungrateful assholes who rather bitch and complain then actually realizing the consequences of their actions. I hate and love this server due to the amount of pride that every volunteer gets out of it. All you're doing is making people not want to help and not want to improve the server. So fuck people who just do shit for attention and to be dicks. I am beyond upset not only by the fact that Danteh, someone who I talk to almost daily, did this, but also by the shear amount of rustled jimmies that came out of this. People who want Danteh's rank back are nothing more than masochists who enjoy seeing the world burn. They are people who like being loud to neglect the void that their lives have.

No where in your rules does it say anything about water placements.
