Archer Damage

Ok so since the start of Season 11 there has been a lot of debate over the damage that arrows do according to damage. I agree that a maximum of 4 hearts from the longest range was a bit overpowered, but now, from the longest range it only does 2. This is far too low in my opinion as in a match against another high ELO player, you may only hit each other once in ~50 shots due to the higher skill level and better ability to dodge, and therefore the matches could go on for too long in my opinion.Of course this is only my personal belief as I prefer long range generally but my suggestion would be that the longest range shots do 3 hearts maybe?
Feedback would be appreciated - not really sure who to tag so @ginie1 and # i guess

For some reason the values were doubled. They are being fixed back to the proper damage.

Wait which values are the correct values? Should it be 2 hearts or 4 hearts at long range?
