Now I'm actually pissed, if you see at my punishments page you'll see a few latest mutes which I don't deserve, in my opinion. I'm talking about the ones where I typed in chat "pls spec me" or "mod spec me" towards a mod and got muted for hackusations, instead. Like why the fuck you sherlocks are assuming it was meant to be an hackusation, actually once I had this guy blatantly camping on the other side of a river and rodding me back, like since you have the time to mute me you should be able to do what I am asking you to do aswell and punish the rule breaker instead of me. I wouldnt be pissed if it happened just once, what Im asking is not letting the mod team mute and assume you're hackusating and at a general meaning sentence like "spec me pls"Cba writing good english rn.

Mods should be able to play without getting spammed to tp to them. Mods are volunteers, they are allowed to play in peace.

You're always supposed to use /report when stuff like this happens. Keep this in mind next time.Posted on 16 December 2015 - 06:25 PM

If you have the time to write "mod spec me" in chat, you have the time to /report it. Think twice before speaking mate because your argument just got used against you.
When someone states "mod spec me" in chat, they're usually fighting a so-called hacker and asking the mod's to spectate when really they're should be using /report. We have the command built in for a reason, and we have the mods hired for reason.

We have a 'camping' option in /report. How about you use it?
This whole thread is pointless and your mutes are valid. How about you stop being a little cry baby and use the systems we've put in place instead of being lazy and typing in chat (which is illegal on this network).

He's bitching about how you decide to mute him for saying that instead of just tp'ing to him instead and watch his problem.
For me, /report is an absolute waste of time because it never seems to get a mods attention and theres no /afk for them to use too.
I've always seen thats you're way more likely just to spam chat and save your elo instead.

I promise you, /report gets our attention much more than spamming us to TP

5 minutes?
Any shorter and we'd just have people abusing it and reporting random people all of the time.

Calmly messaging a mod "hey are you available" works nicely too.

And if they do message me that, I'm happy to help out and teleport to them but when they're spamming "SPEC ME MOD SPEC ME" "SPEC PLSSSSSSSS" it's not acceptable and will most likely ignore them because we have a system in place for a reason.
80% of the time the player who's so-called 'hacking' isn't hacking. The accuser is just salty because there is someone out there better than them so they call "hacks".

it used to be 30 secs and people could send whatever they want, i think pretty much anything would be an improvement

Well said. If I see someone reported for camping, I will tp almost immediately, unless I'm busy with something else.

I feel like some of you missunderstood the concept of my message, what I was trying to say is that is dumb muting for hackusations on somebody writing something like "pls spec" once.Posted on 17 December 2015 - 08:48 AM
I am perm-muted so I MUST use /report and trust me, a lot of people campNever has a mod ever banned or even given a warning to someone I have reported for camping….
