This is really bad, like REALLY bad. For anime watchers, think of this as the Sibyl System. For book readers, think of this as Orwellian logic. (The guy who wrote 1984) For the rest of us, think of this as Santa: Be good and you get presents, be bad and you get coal, or worse. I'm sorry if I disturbed your day, but China is making this MANDATORY for their citizens in 2020, and…it's bad, especially if it spreads out of China. The more people this info gets to, the better.
