It is a sad day that I am having to write up this post. Today we say goodbye to our dear friend @frogmike. This is a staff member who has seen Badlion go from a single 30 man server all the way to a Minecraft Network that peaks close to 7k on the weekends.Varicks's time here is a particularly interesting story that I would like to share with the community. Varicks was actually one of the most toxic members of the Badlion community once upon a time ago, when he was much younger. It was kind of a gamble that we gave him trial on the BadlionPvP (now ArenaPvP) server many years ago. I guess we gambled properly since we ended up with one of our hardest working staff members who became an Administrator through all of his hard work and dedication.
Through his 2.5 years with Badlion Varicks started went from Trial Moderator, to full Moderator, to Senior Moderator, to Factions Admin, to Factions Lead Admin, Build Team Lead and GCheat Admin. Varicks has been nothing short of a diligently hard worker and has demonstrated that he is capable of handling any task given to him. There is something to be said for people who want to work hard to change themselves and make a better situation for themselves.
During his time here Varicks handed out a total of 3088 bans and 4153 mutes on the servers. There are very few staff members who even reach a combined 1000 punishments, let handing out over 7000. I am very proud to have seen our friend grow up so much with his time here at Badlion. I know that I will definitely be writing any recommendation letters for him that he desires anytime in the future for his future endeavors.
Take care my dear friend and thank you for your time here. I would like to especially thank you for your time with Factions and your Build Team for the past 2 seasons of ArenaPvP.
