Players splash Regen II on the opponent to get rid of the regen extended.

Because you can hit players with regen faster. Helps to break armor and do more DPS.

wtf no way, so when your opponent gets hit with regen II, you do more damage per second against the opponent and break his armor faster?

I mean that's what I've heard. For example in GApple you can hit players much more quicker since they have Regen 2 (I think it's 2 and not 1?) from the gapples. Ask @ginie1 pvp g0d

Yea if you used a command and gave them regen 15, it would be just like combo ladder!
