AM I BANNED?

my ign is nextle i changed it to this from customgodYT i have never been banned, even under my profile there is 0 punishments listed. when i talk in chat in hub it says "banned players cannot talk in chat" i cannot post an appeal because I'm not banned on the forums. i also can't even fill out a ban appeal because there is no information on why i am banned.
