I was waiting about 20 minutes for a mini UHC to start, then to be randomly tp'd once it begun. It turns out I spawned in lava and it killed me. Is there any way you guys can fix the spawn locations?

There isn't much they can do since to the randomization of the spawn and there being no host in minis. But this is very rare to happen.
