Somewhere in the Lobby it should say something like this: "Spamming won't get you whitelisted."And if someone says "Whitelist" two times they get automuted, and on the first time they say it they get a warning.
People ALWAYS keep spamming "plez whitelist me and my frnd pls pls eu1!!1!!1!"

I think an easy way to filter out the "Whitelist me on – UHC" would be to only allow donors to talk before UHCS, or just in the Lobby in general.
