ELO Manipulation

I think that ELO Manipulation should be added to the /report menu as it is a pretty common offense, and choosing Other won't always be helpful as mods wont know what to look for. +1/-1Posted on 23 December 2015 - 10:12 PM
mainly elo manipulation is reported on the forums, -1(probably much easier too)

its 100% useless to in game report elo manip to be honest
