I would like to negotiate MqdeInHolland's ban for hacking.There are a few parts that can counter the decision made.
1. At 1:07, as you can see he kills his opponent. The server lags for a solid 2seconds and you can see the opponent with no armor. He stops hitting the opponent therefore he is not using a ghost client. You might say yeah he toggled it off but there is no way he can react that fast to toggle it off
2. The "headtwitch" at 1:20. First of all, a headtwitch is when you spin 360 degrees and go back to hitting the center of the opponent's body which was not the case.
-It was a 180 not 360 degrees spin. Anyone can do that, literally anyone.
-He hit the legs before and after the spin
3. 1:26 "Headtwitch". This is not enough proof to make a decision. Why? Because it's possible legitimately. Maybe his hand slipped or something which made him do a 360 turn. He doesn't go back to the center of the opponent's body as well.
Edit : I was able to identify that the 1:26 spin is LEGIT. I slowed it down to 0,25 on a 0,25 video.
On this video :
Slow it down to 0,25 and go to 3:23 (Jonnysurvives already slowed it down to 0,25 then I slowed his video down to 0.25)
Wait for the spin
There, did you see that? 3:27
His aim goes beyond the opponent and doesn't stop on his opponent.
Proving that the spin is 100% LEGIT.

But really there was no good proof of him hacking, he could've just done a quick turnaround, happened to me many times.
Do you really think that he would record himself hacking to #1? I don't think he would, he isn't that stupid.
I must agree that the hit looked weird but I do not think that he should've been banned (this is coming from a really expirienced player).
Staff please rethink about this appeal or just give him another chance, If he was hacking he probably would've already admited it.

Guys Madeinholland is legit there is not enough evidence to prove otherwise in his video, if you look closely you will see the crosshair was on his opponent when he got the 'fishy hit' one hit can not be enough evidence to get someone banned, if he was using a client Gcheat would find it as it detects all hacked clientsPosted on 27 December 2015 - 07:57 AM

I too dont have anything against the mods admins or any staff related people but honestly, Grape got a laggy hit? So Holland probably did too. The server is sometimes laggy. And you think a guy whos yt channel is based all about Badlion, he would hack and then record it? Like honestly he is a great pvper and doesnt hack, and he gets 1 funny hit and BOOM banned. And i know Thomas HATES hackers and vows to never do it. Come on Staff THINK ABOUT IT. EVERYONE gets funny hits, so why this hit is banned. Does anybody remember when this sort of shit used to happen on MCGamer (formerly MCSG)? The staff just started banning people for no reason, because there were too many members of staff to have anything to do. MqdeInHolland is obviously not hacking. There is literally no evidence against him, especially since considering BadLion's lag when I last played, a hit from across the map is quite on the legit side. His crosshair doesn't really "relock" like aimbots tend to do since the opponent wasn't in rangeedit: actually, it is in range but I still would feel iffy for banning off of a single snap that's difficult to prove as an aimbot
