I've been lion for months and I don't get asked that much. It's like one guy every 20 minutes or so.I always give mine out to the first guy who asks then anyone after that I just reply and say "sorry I've already gifted my matches today" and then they don't bother you anymore. It's not hard to just be polite and say you don't have any.
Often if people are really nice back and say something along the lines of "no problem, thank you anyway, have a nice day" I go and buy them a month donor anyway. Small gestures like that go a long way with someone and if me spending £3.50 makes someone else really happy, then I'm happy to do that.
-1 because not everyone can afford donator or are allowed to get it.
However I do hate the /whitelist spam in the lobby I wish that would be removed.
EDIT: For a bit of fun however always make the first person work for their matches. I'll normally ask them a riddle like "Many have heard me but no one has seen me. I will not speak back until spoken to. What am I?" or something like that and see what their answer is :') or I often make them tell me their best joke. Either way I still always give them the matches haha.

Just put your chat scale down, install tabbychat and make it when messages you care about are In chat you will get an alert.Problem Solved xD

I have messages off in arena because of ppl saying kys and horrible things like that, so it doesnt affect me, if you dont wanna turn msgs off then just make chat small or something
