Bring kohi back to unranked.

I recently noticed that you had removed kohi from unranked and replace it with Gapple. Okay, alot of people might like this but the majority of the people preffer kohi ladder. Even better it could be replace with NoDebuff. This is a short thread but a good suggestion.Thanks.
