So, when u find hackers, you get pretty annoyed when they kill u. Personally, whenever I find someone who I know is hacking, I want revenge, so I'd do /report, and hope they get banned. Most of the hacks are on there, like forcefield, aimbot etc. But rarely, u come across people with different hacks. One of these a hack called 'Regen', which keeps the player on full health for as long as their hunger bar is full. U know when someone has regen hacks, because when they supposedly kill you when they have maybe been on for for seven ticks, it says:

<Persons IGN> has killed you with 10.0 hearts.

If someone has been on fire for seven ticks, the only way they can be on fire for seven ticks and be on full health is by having two gapples, a god apple or by having the fire resistance buff. You don't recieve any of these items on kit SG (You only get one gap) so I will know if someone is using regen hacks.

If someone has just killed you and you can see that they killed you with 10.0 hearts when on fire for seven ticks, you know they're regen hacking so u report them. However, it's not in the /report menu. I think that regen hacks should be added to the /report menu. Thanks 4 reading!

Regen hacks is detected almost instantaneously by GCheat, and I know as a past user of it (deeply regret it) And you forgot to count the absorption in the gapple, so that could have explained the 10 hearts.
