Ban Length

Hi my name is Noqh_, and my friend Nonuh had recently been accepted to get unbanned 2 months ago, and he was concerned about his ban. Since he wasn't able to write this thread i wrote it for him. I don't think it's reasonable that anybody has to wait seven months to get unbanned on a server. Like you just accepted them but because they were hacking they have to wait seven months to get unbanned on a server. By seven months some people probably wont even be playing minecraft any more. Maybe 1 1/2 months would be a reasonable length of time. Please put this into consideration. Thank you, NoqhPosted on 30 December 2015 - 05:55 PM
It is because your friend has an IP ban which means he is connected to more than 1 banned account. We have that to prevent repeat rulebreakers from getting on alts and breaking the rules over and over again.Posted on 30 December 2015 - 06:12 PM
So once your accepted to get unbanned you have to wait 7 months?Why is that.

Why is that.
For the first ban it is 1 month. For the second, it is longer, and for the third, it is even longer than that.
IP bans usually take a long time to expire, as seen in your friend's case.
