Previously I've mentioned that players who are banned for hacking should refund elo to the players who lost it, but it could be abused though probably easily caught if a trend was noticed (elo would then be wiped).To void the issue, it would be better if players who were banned for hacking refunded the loss given to someone who they killed.
This way, their fight still lost you elo, but it's not really affecting stats wise. This can be particularly noticed in certain players accounts where they're generally only killed by hackers (ex. half my losses, other players).
The person who lost doesn't gain a win, just doesn't get a loss.
Like the match didnt happen.

You would have to adjust for inflation, which would be nigh-impossible from a developer standpoint
He said only stats would be changed not elo

@Hong you can't read? It says the elo doesn't change but a loss is subtracted from the loser's count.I don't understand why nobody reads in this community
