It can be pretty difficult to learn to dodge arrows whilst shooting, it took me ages to get the hang of it. I suggest first just get better at aiming and then move on to dodging whilst shooting, and with hitboxes, it can help you with dodging if you turn them on, but it won't help with your aim.Mainly though, practise.
