I was playing a game of archer, and the opponent used an ender pearl. It landed in front of me, but the player didn't teleport. This has happened on multiple occasions, with me as well.
It loses people matches all the time, and it annoys everyone. I have checked if it said:

Cannot use ender pearl for 1/2//3/4/5 etc seconds

But it hasn't.
