Profiling Reporters
Currently moderators get an [x -Number] next to reports detailing the number of reports that any particular player has. In my opinion the report messages should also convey the accuracy of the reporter to help the moderators in determining if the accused is in fact abiding by the rules or not. A potential way to reify this concept into reality is to make the server (or a plugin) track if players who have reported others were correct or not (if the player was banned). Maybe this could be color coded.

ehhh
We've already diluted the reports a shit ton, I think it's fine as it is.

We get hundreds of reports on many servers. We're not going to ignore someone purely because they've had inaccuracies previously. Of course I have a mental list of people who consistently give good reports, maybe a crediting system for good reports. In the real world this is impractical as we have to find a way to actually credit people for their reports, and a report might me accurate but no staff are online so it never gets seen. In concept this is good, but I don't believe it works in reality.

I like this idea but I see where Listen is coming from too. It may cause some cheaters to be overlooked because the reporter messed up once.

I would like to see something made where if a moderator handles a report, he can mark that report letting other moderators know someone is already handling it. This would allow moderators to cover more reports and not be watching the same person.

In CS:GO, this is how many of the cheaters get banned. Players who submit more accurate reports have a more weighted value when they report.

It wouldn't do away with all of the reports either, a report is still a report
