Any actual proof that jitter clicking damages your hand
Does anyone have any studies that can prove that this is a fact? As it currently stands all we have is what's most likely a fallacious rumor conjured up by an unkown figure with unknown intentions. Without real empirical data and personal intuition by which means are we supposed to accept this as true?

All I've seen is evidence that it relates to carpal tunnel syndrome, not arthritis. However, there's just as much correlation between carpal tunnel and eating with a fork wrong as there is jitter clicking.

Well, considering my CPS went from 16ish to 8 as I developed carpal tunnel, I would assume so.

It's not your hand, it's your wrist/arm that gets damaged

Ok i'm not sure if it's just me, but time from time and it's quite often legit lose sensation in my my hand, like i feel it coming then i can't move my fingers and i usually wears off after a couple of seconds. The closet thing i can relate it to is when your foot goes asleep. Does this happen to anything?

P.S. I click like 11-12

After clicking 11 CPS for a day my lower wrist starts to tingle and I lose a bit of sensation, is that a sign of arthritis later on in life?
