To be fair, if they knew it was a glitch and they knew it would be abusing they should be banned. However if the person doing it was just curious to see what was happening and their intentions were to report it then they should be unbanned.By searching the bases of the dupers you will find the items they duped and you can tell if they ment to dupe or to inform of a bug. If they have a full dub of the item its intentional but if they have some and they stopped then they should be unbanned.
PS: I_Pot_You_Drop should be unbanned because he messaged gberry. Tbh he atleast brought it up to gberry stating that he had them in his possession indicating he didn't abuse and was infact just curious to see how this dupe glitch spawned and how it worked. He was trying to limit the amount of duping by the glitch.

I_POT_YOU_DROP (BBoothie) duped an entire double chest of items. Any rational person that's trying to abide by the rules would know that abusing the dupe numerous times would be considered as them ( the person abusing the glitch ) exploiting a bug. A curious person doesn't dupe an entire double chest of items.
Anybody can claim their attentions were good; but his actions didn't quite communicate the same message as the one he'd typed.

BBoothie should at least get less of a sentence for reporting it to the admins. If he didn't, then the admins would have to clean up a lot more shit, and they most likely don't want to do that.Posted on 30 June 2014 - 01:11 AM

Sums it up. We had known about this for a few days, but as I mentioned, I have been super busy and had not yet had the time to look into it.
