I think there should be a little poll when you go to look at upcoming UHCs, and in that poll, players can select the gamemodes that they want for a game.This UHC should be hosted every 4 hours or so, and there could be an option for what region it's hosted in as well.
Would be interesting to see what would be selected.

To prevent continuous selection of gamemodes, you could remove some of the gamemodes.Things like Cutclean and Vanilla+ would probably be suggested often but that's really what the community enjoys, so might as well keep it.
