Before i even found out about ToggleSneak/BetterSprint i set my sprint key to 'Q' (still is btw) and i couldn't strafe towards the left, it was impossible as my ring finger was being used to hold down 'Q' because i found my 'CTRL' key too oddly placed on my keyboard. When i started using ToggleSneak, it felt so good to utilise all my strafe keys :P (W, A, S, D). In fact my 'A' strafe is probably my strongest strafe pattern now.Posted on 03 January 2016 - 09:20 AM

No I'm not pretty much saying that.
Just think why people autoclick. It's to achieve number of clicks that you are not normally able to produce with the exact quality of gameplay you normally would have. If you autoclick 5-7cps, then you may think it's not bad since that's your normal click speed, but you forget that this 5-7cps is constant, it also makes it so you don't have to click… which makes your aim better. Yep, clicking makes your aim worst, who knew. Considering that Macs are able to lock their sprint, I do not see this as an advantage in any way shape or form.

It is true, and how is it bad for pvp? It makes you move faster for obstacles and sprint hitting deals more kb so its a huge advantage. It's also not needed to w tap to get good combos

lol, try and get a good combo without w-tapping with it, you can't unless you're fighting someone who is complete garbage
and if it re-engages faster it's worse for keeping distance to continue your combo

This thread is honestly making me laugh. Thinking that togglesprint makes you take less kb? False. All the mod does is take VANILLA features and make them easier to use. I could make a macro to do the same thing as togglesprint. Say if I hit F, it will keep my sprint key held down until I hit F again. Thats all the mod does. And for all of you complaining about it and saying it should be bannable, I have 2 things to say to you. First, if its such a big deal to you why dont you just install it and use it. Its not that hard to get. Secondly, if badlion made togglesprint bannable, half of the server would be gone. Almost everyone uses the mod, and I dont think people are going to get on a new version just because of one server. Badlion isnt the only server I play, and if they make it bannable I would probably stop playing.How would badlion even detect it? Cant people just say that they are always holding their sprint key? Badlion has more important things to worry about, like actual cheaters.
Badlion needs to start cracking down on Ghost Clients. But thats something for another thread.
