EU Badlion RIP

So… Eu badlion is dead…Every time i try to connect to badlion it says: Can't connect to the server.
So i go to na and then eu potpvp and my ping is horrible. It is so bad that i can't play. Is eu badlion dead?
Please fix this. It is 11 am and all eu players are on but nobody can join Eu.badlion.net.
