Sometimes mid fight I cannot hit a player at all, sometimes its only for a few seconds and other times for the whole fight so I can only use a bow/rod. You cant melee but you are able to use projectiles (rod, bow, snowballs). I've only seen this on skywars. @SmellyPenguinPosted on 04 January 2016 - 12:53 AM

Not sure this is a lag thing, more hit detection.
Since I have had this a few times, sometimes they can't hit me and sometimes I can't hit them, it normally lasts about 5 seconds and there is no lag at all both of us are still moving fine, I even get particle effects from hitting them but does not register.
