So there has been a lot of confusion the past few days. I am actually supposed to be on LOA and was forced off of it because of a staffing crisis. One of our Heads of UHC was on LOA and the other randomly decided to resign when I was not around. As a result I have been re-organzing and re-structuring the staff for the past two days so I can go back to my vacation without having to worry about the staff (which I shouldn't). The biggest problem with the staff at the moment is there is way too much pressure on Archy and me to help manage things with the other admins. As a result we are adding a new level of management to our staff team to help keep things in order and relieve stress/load off of the administration.This new level of administration will be called "Managers" (go figure). Every single staff member will be assigned a manager and will report to that manager. This should help to organize things a bit more. I know that you guys don't care about the internals and all that junk, so I will skip to the part you do care about.
The following major changes have been made to the administration:
ABCrabb has stepped down.
Slutty has stepped down.
Lena has been promoted to head of UHC.
Irish_99 has been promoted to head of Minigames (already been doing most of the work for months behind the scene).
Pokenick has been promoted to Special Ranks Admin (will handle all yt/twitch/famous ranks and reports against them)
Macca has been promoted to GCheat Admin (and will help administrate the AU sector since most of us are asleep)
Also a big change is that SG staff members are now becoming Minigames staff members. This will help with our additionally planned game modes.
The following have been made into managers:
(MiniGames) Pokenick, Gonzalo, ArcaneX, (UHC) Radical24, MaccaTacca, trHowy, Ylijumala, (ArenaPvP) Alaska, AbusiveMod, McNerdx
Lastly I will show what our current staff tree looks like for those who are curious:
Overall the changes above are to help people get better communication within our staff team. By assigning smaller clusters we are emulating real companies/businesses in the world which will allow more micro-management and allow people higher up to have more detailed reports than they would if they were in charge of everyone themselves. We welcome all of the new changes…and hopefully I can enjoy the little time I have in Europe left…
