Because a location can't record what's happening… would you take Bandicam or action and somehow twist it into the server so 6k+ players are being filmed at once?
Physically impossible, servers can only record data and logs of what's happening I believe

You could have some horrible front end mod/macro to log many accounts in various locations and have a screencapture on each one of them. It's not impossible, just horribly impractical.

CSGO is its own game, so the devs there can add whatever they want into the game, such as recording matches.
Badlion is just a small part of minecraft, so they have to work with what minecraft already has.
