Guys I need help with my pvp skills, ever since I have joined badlion I have been getting much better. 1318 Is good elo right? and not to mention I have 1394 Global :D. My friend says that there are clans on this server like cobtagion or something and that the best pvpers can join, iam obviously not the best but I'am pretty good. Just keep practicing. It takes a while to actually get decent, and way more to get good. If you have a friend who you know is above average, play with him. There's no point in trying to play Ranked, your opponents will never give you tips/won't stop fighting to teach you how to do something.Playing with a friend is always the best thing, you can actually enjoy it more and get better over time. I met this guy a while ago, who was willing to teach me how to get better in meele (he his really, really good at it, he's actually in a top team on ocn). We actually played a lot of Diamond, and eventually I learned more about meele and got better at it.
You might find someone in the chat who will help you, who knows? ^^
