Hi!!I have got an idea.
You know how when someone duels you, you have the option to Accept/Deny and turn off duel requests.
I was thinking you could deny the person you want to deny so the person cant spam you with duels.
For example xXTryHardHdXx spams you with duels and you want xXNotTryHardXx to duel you. It would work as a command /DuelDeny xXTryHardHDXx and he would not be able to duel you anymore. Then he would not be able to spam you with duels.
I dont know i was bored and i got this idea pls luv me.

You can could also ignore xxTryHardHdXx and he wouldn't be able to duel ya anymore.not needed

+1, good solution for if you don't want someone to duel you but you want to be able to see their messages.
