It's about invasion of privacy and not being given the right to say no.
Here's the bottom line. Nobody is holding a gun to your head, forcing you to play Kohi. You forfeit the right to say no when you log into their server. [EDIT] What I'm trying to say here is that if you don't want to be screenshared, don't play on Kohi.

Honestly I have to agree with Badware here just because his points are valid and make sense in my opinion. Also, we have to mention the fact that these players are not being screenshared for no reason. They are being screenshared because the admins think that the player is hacking on their server which should give them the right to check using screenshare. If not, you are banned. Simple as that. Just like if the police have a suspicion of murder, they have the right to search a person's house. Kinda like those streamers that got swatted lol. If the person doesn't comply I'd imagine they would get arrested (not exactly sure, just trying to prove a point.). I agree in some ways with Burnt, but at the same time I have to agree with Badware as well.

But the police need a warrant to search somebody's private property, because otherwise that would be a blatant invasion of personal privacy which every person has a basic right to.

Yeh I never understood the screen sharing thing. Even more so now as people use ghost clients, what is it going to accomplish?I don't use skype and I'm not downloading a program so I can waste my time screen sharing someone. I doubt the mods keep & share notes between them, you could get 5 different mods ask to screenshare in 1 day for all I know.
IMO if they refuse to let you play on the server because you refused to screen share. Then that is a shitly run server
