Rip pvp
@SmellyPenguin has a point.

Privacy includes personal information that could actually harm you. I don't see how privacy covers up looking at another person's minecraft files unless you deem that knowing someone's minecraft version and client is unethical.

@Hivlik You say that the police would have to obtain a search warrant to search someone's property - Staff needs a reason to be able to check someone's minecraft files. The warrant is sufficient evidence to make a questionable argument on whether a player is hacking or not.

And to be honest, even if Badlion obtained personal data through screen sharing, I don't think any staff member would do something evil about it. One of Badlion's goals is to get rid of players who commit infractions according to the server rules. There should be no secret agenda when any staff member asks for a screenshot.

For those who talk about other servers, it doesn't state a good argument. Unless Badlion is closely related to another server/community to where the exact same rules are placed, servers have their own way of running it. For example, I don't think we should care about Kohi. The only thing that matters is the amount of privacy that Badlion respects towards others and as far as I can see it, the amount of respect shown is great.
