Because of the fact that bows do next to 0 damage (like 1 heart every 4 fully charged shots) in Diamond, quite frankly their only use is to be a bitch. Removing bows would for one let players learn how to get comboes with spamming the bow, which is very irritating for people who are good with a sword (because 9/10 people with elo above 1600 bow spam then block hit crit, which is pretty much skilless). I think it should either be replaced with a rod (which does no damage, used to combo, and requires moving towards your enemy when being used, unlike bows) or just be left blank. Give me some feedback on the idea (fairly sure the opinion is uncommon because of how many people use the bow to bow spam.)Posted on 13 January 2016 - 09:05 AM

It's not really used for bowspamming at all, it's mostly used for getting bow combos, which actually requires very good timing compared to a rod where u just spam it until u eventually hit one and get a combo.Posted on 13 January 2016 - 01:30 PM

I'm saying the bow is plain annoying while rods aren't. Bows have longer range and can be used while standing still and are easier to aim, unlike rods.

Because that's the point here, diamond is a melee ladder. Why is there half a stack of arrows in a ladder meant for sword? Bowspammers should belong in UHC, Adv. UHC, Iron, Archer, and Skywars. It's like bringing a sword rusher into horse.

I am 1730 in diamond and I never use a bow to be a bitch. I only now when the other player is being a bow spammer bitch but yes please remove bow in diamond and iron ladders.Last edited on 14 January 2016 - 08:24 PM by serendipidU
Decrease arrows maybe, but removing the bow entirely no. A melee(w/ no speed) ladder would be nice but not with a tanky kit like diamond.edit: why are people saying the bow does nothing lol if you can shoot somebody consistently and land like 1/3 or so shots they'll drop health very quickly
