If you've ever played Blitz on the Overcast Network, it's fast paced, (usually) 1 life games. In these games, there is normally very low armor resistance. I, personally, enjoy this form of fast paced, bow orientated PvP. I would like to suggest a ladder that, has the following kit:1. Stone Sword
2. Bow
3. 12 Cooked Fish
9. 12 Arrows
- Chain Chestplate
- Leather Boots
I feel this would work well with the best of 3 rounds based idea suggested earlier, here: https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/8475
Thoughts?

Shorten it to 12 arrows or maybe even 8.Other than that good idea.

I like this idea, but i would like to add a couple things to it.First off instead of having one round, you would have a best to three system. This would make the ladder more skill based, instead of getting that one lucky win with half a heart.
Second, reduce the amount of arrows to 8, because with a squishy kit like this, the power of bow spamming is increased and its not really fun.
Otherwise, i personally would be interested in this ladder.

I find that funny coming from morsinius, considering he's a god when it comes to bows. He wants more arrows in a quick paced bow oriented gamemode. It's like Chuck Norris saying he wants soccer to be martial arts based XDPosted on 03 July 2014 - 10:27 PM

I'm also fine with 12-16 arrows. However, I'm against a golden apple. This already resembles MCSG to a degree (The amount of arrows, weak armor, etc.), so I think not having it would be better.
Also, I agree with Niq:Best of three would certainly be interesting.

Looking back at this a while later, I agree with not having golden apples. Gonna update the OP to fit all the suggestions.
