It doesn't state which LAW does it? The laws stated in Leviticus were made irrelevant when Jesus died on the cross.

A. The atheist scientists all agree the stories were blown way out of proportion.
B. Belief in God is readily explained by psychological phenomenon. Which is why so many societies believe in them.
C. The other religions only acknowledge he existed, not that he was God.
There is actually a big debate on the historicity of Jesus, read Richard Carrier and Bart Ehrman.

Richard Carrier has a PhD in history and is a mythicist. The reason there is so much pushback is because the mythicist position had a bunch of really really really bad arguments and conspiracy theorists, so no one would take them seriously. This would be the first time someone actually published peer reviewed material questioning existence.
