Sooo if u don't understand what the title meant (obviously you didn't) then here is what I mean :-So I'm about to buy a new mouse (Logitech g300s) and it has buttons on the actual mouse. So, I just wanted to make sure if I can use those buttons as hotkeys for my hotbar slot 6,7,8 and 9. Please tell me if it's allowed to do so or if it's considered as macros. I don't have the mouse yet, so plz reply with the answer. Thank you for reading

Off topic but.Im not sure if its my mouse or minecraft.Some times when i want to switch to my blocks( hotekey 9) it changes to hotkey 8 instead( which is my lava) and causes me to waste a gapple or 2. I never had this problem for other games like csgo.
Current mouse is steel series rival 100 pc bang eddition.

Maybe change your sensitivity? I guess it might work. I have 108 sensitivity lol
