Why scrap it? Not only would this unite/pit the community against each other (And also pave way for some larger-scale tournaments?), it would increase Mumble usage, especially if you let teams sign up for rooms like Factions can. Also, seeing people in diplomatic action/looking into Mumble rooms during tournaments may give you insight as to who could be a good staff member.
