Are integrated mouse macros allowed?

Hi everyone!I will buy this mouse soon http://www.vsgamers.es/kull-2800-p-689.html its so cool and the price is also good.
It has integrated macros, but i dont know if its allowed in here
Is it legal? I hope so, it isnt a hack or a modified minecraft clientl.
